Very neat concept here, and it's lovingly well rendered. I like the simple animations on the two characters, and the designs on them is really unique and interesting.

The background loops very nicely, and I know how incredibly annoying it is to animate objects in the way you have done here, and I think you managed to pull it off very nicely, even if a few of them change sizes and move around a slight bit awkwardly, but it sill looks super. If one keeps their eyes on the characters, as I'm sure it is intended, it's hard to even notice the small "glitches", if you can call it that, in the background objects.

Also, to me, the shadow beneath the shopping cart looks a little odd. The tiles in the background also seem to interfere somewhat with the shadow in the animation. I think this could use a bit of work.

Overall, amazing work, and besides the small things I mentioned above, I can't really think of anything else you should improve here.

U also can make a shadow to the toys. if u want if not mh then not.

This icon is a real awesome icon because there is really much worktime on it.

I give u for vision 4,5 points or stars because thats a beautiful icon but in the back the toys are tooo little.I gave u for orginality 5 points because it is hard to create a work like this.
