I believe the emote here is doing the Shinkuu Hadouken!! (well.. according to wiki anyway :p )

This stamp is pretty cool. I had to :+fav: it. :D I also know where that attack came from. I haven't really gotten into that anime/video game, but the attack is cool.

I think what would give it a stronger effect, is that you could make the scene shake a bit.
