I literally got bombarded with over 30 suggestions for this piece.
The suggester said: "=CookiemagiK's ability to make effects and display a sense of 3D in his emoticons stands out very well in this deviation. The amount of detail packed into the number of frames is amazing." and I couldn't agree more.
Ninja vs Pirate by =CookiemagiK is a true masterpiece of the emoticon gallery. Packed with exciting combat-action and an absolutely incredible amount of detail, perfect animation and loads of creativity. ( Suggested by ~Red-Bananas and Featured by `AndyGassner )

I really love this piece. The detail is excellent , especially for the expressions made on the emoticons and as well as the design of the powers that they are figthing with. the animation is wonderfuly draw, and the moves they make are flawless and detailed, I didnt find any errors within the animation. I really like the shading done on this, because it gives you a sense of where they are in the light and which direction they are in. I dont have any complaints except to maybe make it a little bigger so the animation stands out a little more, but other than that I really like this animation and look forward to seeing another.

This is a truly amazing animation I must say the motion is terrific. I really love the idea and this has probably taken a long time to make.

I can really not do this and I challenge anyone to. The emoticons actually really look like a ninja and a pirate because of their colors. I congratulate you! You even made a slow motion effect when the pirate jumps high to attack the ninja

Haha these guys will fight all day~ The shading on the emotes is really great. I love the way the ninja fades in and out. I can't find anything negative in this. You must be a very patient person.

I love this battle! I think the best part of it is the effort you put into it. Most emotes don't have much going on in one loop, but this has each emote doing several actions.
